BY METRO:

Alight from Metro 2 at Blaha Lujza tér. Having come up to ground level walk towards Astoria on Rákóczi út. Then take the third street on the right, which is Nyár utca. From here the building of the hotel will be visible, since turning right at the first corner you will find yourself in Dohány utca.

BY TRAM:

Alight from the 4 or 6 tram at Blaha Lujza tér and walk down Rákóczi út towards Astoria. Then take the third street on the right, which is Nyár utca. From here the building of the hotel will be visible, since turning right at the first corner you will find yourself in Dohány utca.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRAVELLING with BKV Zrt. (Budapest Public Transportation Company)

Passengers wishing to use any of the public transport services of BKV Zrt. must hold a valid, ticket, pass, travel voucher or document certifying their right to travel free of charge.

Passengers must validate line tickets by the entrances to the metro stations of the three metro lines and immediately after boarding on other forms of transport using the ticket validation machines. Validated tickets must not be transferred to others, must be retained until the end of the journey and presented to the inspector at the time of inspection. The ticket inspectors of BKV Zrt. may inspect the validity of the tickets, passes and pass certificates of passengers at any stage during the journey.

The following passengers may travel free:

The vehicles of BKV Zrt. (with the exception of the funicular and the chairlift) may be used free of charge by citizens of the European Union member states aged 65 and over by showing a personal identification document, by citizens of countries that have a relevant international agreement with Hungary aged 65 and over by showing a personal identification document, and by ethnic Hungarians living in the neighbouring countries and their relatives aged 65 and over by showing their “Hungarian Certificate” or "Hungarian Relative Certificate". Children up to the age of 6 or the start of primary school education may travel free of charge accompanied by an adult by showing a personal identification document.
