Gábor Redling started his career as a trainee in the reception of the former Hotel Duna Intercontinental, then he became a Concierge. From here he joined the newly opened Hotel Kempinski as a Concierge. Here he spent 9 years, during which he could explore every area of the Front Office.

In 2001 he was offered the position of room manager in Hotel Le Meridien. Later on he became Assistant Front Office manager, then Front Office Manager, then from 2007 he worked in the position of Rooms Division Manager.

In 2013 he was requested to hire the Front Office and Housekeping staff of Hotel Sheraton Adana in Turkey, to start these divisions, and to introduce the snagging programme (repair based on a list of faults).

From September 2015 he has worked as Operations Manager in Continental Hotel Budapest****Superior.He holds a specialized economic degree in trade and hospitality and a specialized economic degree in marketing and advertising, obtained in his postgraduate studies. He speaks English and German.
