The safety and the wellbeing of our guests and colleagues is a top priority for our Zeina Hotels chain.

We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and fully understand the concerns around traveling during this time. In accordance with our guest policy and with taking the utmost care to the safety and health of our guests and colleagues, Zeina Hotels is waiving cancellation fees for stays through March 31, 2020, for guests residing Greater China, South Korea, Japan, Italy, Israel, Czech Republic, Slovakia and USA with reservations at any hotel member of the Zeina Hotels chain.

For guests who booked via Zeina Hotels official website, please contact us at any of the availabilities indicated on our homepage.

For bookings made via online travel agents or other third parties, please contact your booking provider for information on their cancellation policies.

Zeina Hotels continue to welcome both leisure and business guests and to remain on the disposal at event customers on questions or concerns regarding future business.
We continue to pay close attention to be up to date regarding COVID-19 situation and follow the recommended procedures and protocols of the national and local authorities in an effort to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests and colleagues.

At all the 3 hotel members of our Zeina Hotel chain, we understand in the current environment, the need for flexibility when booking your accommodation. That is why we have launched our reconsidered hotel booking policy adjusted to the present situation.

Our guests who have booked or plan to book up to 30 June 2020, are able to change their booking date free of charge, or exchange their reservation for an accommodation voucher valid for one year. We are providing the flexibility for our guest to apply these changes upon availability.
