Where can I change money?

We do not exchange money at the hotel, but you can pay your hotel bill with Hungarian Forints and Euros. The receptionist will be happy to provide information regarding the possibility of currency exchange.

In case of late arrival, how long is my room secured?

If you have secured your room by providing your credit card details, the hotels will hold your room the whole night. If your reservation was made without giving your credit card info your room is held until 18:00 local time. In the latter case, you should inform the hotel about your late arrival to avoid problems.

I have not received the booking confirmation e-mail. What should I do?

If you have not receive the booking confirmation immediately after booking, send a short e-mail with your name, arrival and departure dates to continentalreservation@zeinahotels.com.

What do rates include in your reservation system?

The prices listed on the website are per room and per night and include VAT (5%), but do not include tourist tax (4%), which is payable on site.

How do we make a reservation?

For hotel booking, you should either use our hotel finder or click on one of the links on our pages.

Steps of hotel booking:

  1. Choosing arrival, departure date, room type, and number of rooms
  2. Selecting the number of adults and children
  3. Filling out the personal data sheet
  4. Filling in credit card info (if needed)
  5. Finish reservation

After finishing the reservation you will receive automatically a notification. If the selected hotel cannot confirm your reservation, you will still receive an answer from us offering other accommodation for you.

Is your reservation service free of charge?

Yes, hotel reservation through our system is free of charge. You should only pay the price of the selected services at the hotel.

When and where should I pay?

Payment is carried out usually in the hotel upon arrival. The hotel will process payment sooner than the arrival only in exceptional cases, such as advance saver bookings, special offers or reservations for a period of a fair.

Will my credit card be charged in advance?

Hotels request credit or debit card details for guarantee purposes only, unless the reservation has to be prepaid and non-refundable as per the booking conditions.

Do I need a credit card guarantee for my reservation?

Yes, we can only officially confirm reservations with a credit card guarantee (Name, credit card number, date of expiry, and security code)

Is it safe to provide my credit card info? Why is it necessary?

During the booking process, there are cases when you should give your credit card data. Our company uses the most modern coding techniques (SSL) so your data are secured and nobody can access them. The hotels ask for credit card info as a guarantee.

How can I cancel my reservation?

At the end of your confirmation, you can find a link to "cancel a reservation". By clicking this link you can make your cancellation online. Cancellations can be done free of charge or with a late cancellation fee depending ont he cancellation policy 24 hours before the arrival time. In case of a no-show and late cancellation, the accommodation is entitled to charge you the price of the first night.

How can I change my reservation details?

Reservations made directly with our Reservations Department via email can be modified by email only, and are subject to availability.
Reservations made online through the official website of the hotel can be modified through the same platform. Should you experience any difficulties, please contact our Reservations Department via email for further assistance.

What does breakfast include?

A rich buffet breakfast that goes far beyond simple pastries. You will find a wide selection of fresh fruits, yogurts, cereals, breads, cheeses, cold cuts, and hot options such as eggs and other breakfast dishes.

What should I do in case of food allergies or intolerances?
If you have any allergies or food intolerances, please inform our hotel and/or restaurant in advance. If this has not been done, kindly notify your waiter or the restaurant manager on duty. We also ask you to consult the allergen information table provided at the end of the menu when placing your order.
Are gluten-free and lactose-free options available?
Yes – we offer allergy-friendly options at our breakfast buffet.
Please inform the reception or our breakfast staff of your gluten-free and/or lactose-free requirements prior to your arrival or during your stay, so we can ensure suitable alternatives are prepared for you.
