According to the current regulations, the accommodation provider is obliged to record the following data via a document reader connected to the accommodation management software:

• first name and last name;
• first name and last name at birth;
• place of birth;
• date of birth;
• gender;
• citizenship;
• mother’s maiden name (if not included in the identification document, it does not need to be recorded);
• identity or travel document identification data; in the case of a third-country national, the number of the visa or residence permit, the date, and place of entry (third-country national: persons under Act II of 2007 on the entry and residence of third-country nationals);
• the address of the accommodation service, the start and expected and actual end date of the use of the accommodation.

It is not necessary to record data that is not included in the identity document.

• If late check-out is required and may be confrimed by the hotel, an additional 50 EUR per room surcharge will be applied until 6 pm, after 6 pm, the full room rate will be charged

• Bigger than 2 tons and gas-powered cars are not allowed
• Price: EUR 21/ night
• Electric car charging stations are available in the underground garage of our hotel.
  Charging fee: HUF 225 / kWh + HUF 100 service fee

• Request to bring any pets is necessary in advance.
• Only 1 pet (under 15 kg) is allowed per room.
• No pets are allowed in the Restaurant/ Café/ Wellness
• Price: EUR 25/ night

• A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation unless a bank transfer is paid in advance. A credit card or cash deposit is also required to provide guarantee for any possible extras.
• Written confirmation is required for each booking; we send a confirmation to the guest.

• For flexible rate bookings: The guest will pay for the accommodation upon arrival at the Hotel. A credit card guarantee is required for all bookings, but the card will only serve as a guarantee and will not be charged in advance. The reservation can be modified or canceled according to the terms and conditions set by the Hotel.
• For non-refundable and non-cancelable rate bookings: Full prepayment is required at the time of booking, using the credit card provided. The reservation cannot be modified or canceled; and in the case of cancellation or modification, the paid amount will not be refunded.
• We accept OTP SZÉP Cards.
• Our hotel does not accept Holiday Cheques.
• For online immediate payment when purchasing a Hotel Voucher: In the case of immediate payment by credit card, after a successful transaction - following the verification of the validity and available funds of the card - OTP Bank will initiate the charge to the cardholder’s account for the full accommodation amount. The charge will be made in Hungarian Forint.
  The information required for online payment is transmitted via encrypted data communication through the OTP website. When making a payment by credit card, you will be redirected to the payment site of the bank, where the payment is processed directly on a site operated by the bank. This site operates according to the rules and security regulations of the international card companies, and not on the site of the Hotel. The credit card details, including the card number and expiration date, is not accessible by the Hotel, and will not have any access to or insight into this information.

• A period of 1-6 nights: Reservation cancellations can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival date. If canceled later, a penalty of 1 night's room rate will apply, which will be automatically deducted from the credit card provided at the time of booking.
• 7 to 21 nights reservation period: Reservation cancellations can be made free of charge up to 72 hours before the arrival date. If canceled later, a penalty of 4 nights' room rate will apply, which will be automatically deducted from the credit card provided at the time of booking.
• 21 nights duration of reservation: The cancellation conditions will be determined based on an individual agreement. The exact conditions must be discussed in writing.
• The above conditions apply only for bookings of up to 9 rooms/nights. For bookings of more than 9 rooms/nights, different cancellation conditions apply, which will be determined based on an individual agreement.
• In specific agreements, special prices, if applicable, the agreement contained a specific condition of the cancellation.
• For program packages and special offers, please check the cancellation policy described in the conditions.

• All children are welcome.
• The fee for children staying in the same room as paying parents, sharing a double bed or using a crib, is free of charge until the child reaches 2 years old.
• One child from 0 to 6 years stays free of charge in an extra bed, but this option is only available from our Executive rooms or Suites upon availability.
• We have a limited number of extra beds therefore they need to be booked in advance.
• One child older than 6 years or adult is charged EUR 35 per night in an extra bed, but this option is only available from our Executive rooms or Suites upon availability.
• The maximum number of children's cots/ cribs in a room is 1.
• The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
• This also means that our Standard/ Deluxe room types can be accommodated by only up to a maximum of 2 persons.
• The prices include the extra bed, breakfast if the original rate is including this service, and taxes.

• If the deposit is guaranteed by credit card and the rooms is not prepaid, then the room costs of the entire stay and a daily 20 euros will be pre-blocked on the account (as „pre-authorization”). If the room is pre-paid or will be paid by a third party, only the daily 20 euros deposit will be pre-authorized. The hotel may contact the guests if the limit is exceeded during the stay. Upon checkout, the pre-blocked sum will be used for payment. If the pre-blocked sum exceeds the payment the hotel releases the difference. The hotel cannot take responsibility for the eventual late release by the bank, which may take up to 14 days.
• If the deposit is guaranteed by cash payment the consumption will be deducted from this amount upon checkout.
• Please note that the pre-authorization is not a charge, it is just a blocking of the sum in question until payment. Some banks communicate it as a payment in SMS by mistake.
